Gluten Digest, with BioCore® DPP IV, is a comprehensive enzyme blend formulated to support complete digestion of grains.
DPP IV (dipeptidyl peptidase IV) is a unique enzyme with specific activity against characteristic proline bonds found in grain proteins.

Directions:
Take 1 capsule at the start of each meal that may contain gluten.
