EKTAGYN Vaginal Gel, 30 ml

Ektagyn is a medical device with a pH of 4.5 used to prevent and treat vaginal atrophy.

Ektagyn, by helping to maintain the natural hydration of the vaginal mucosa, relieves symptoms of vaginal atrophy such as dryness, burning sensation, itching and discomfort during intercourse. Ectoin is an osmoprotective molecule that provides a moisturizing and soothing action and has hydrating and protective properties in tissues. Ectoin creates a protective water barrier for mucous membranes, which are thus strengthened and naturally protected from irritation.

Hyaluronic acid is a highly soluble, non-sulfated glycosaminoglycan with high molecular weight. Thanks to its muco-mimetic and viscoelastic properties, it ensures good lubrication of the vaginal mucosa.

Ingredients: Water, Allantoin, Hydroxyacetophenone, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Sodium Hyaluronate, Ectoin, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Propylene Glycol, Polysorbate 20, Magnolol, Honokiol, Sodium Levulinate.

Usage: For moderate to severe atrophy, apply once a day for a maximum of 7 days, then apply every 3 days or as needed. For mild atrophy, apply the product every 3 days or as needed.

• Wash hands before use.
• Open the cap, press firmly with the other end of the cap to pierce the aluminium seal (done only when opened for the first time).
• Place the application cannula on the tube in place of the cap.
• Squeeze the tube to fill the cannula with product. Fill the cannula completely.
• Remove the cannula from the tube.
• Insert the cannula into the vagina and empty it by pressing the plunger firmly.
• Close the tube and store it until the end of the therapy.
• After use, discard the cannula and do not reuse it.
