Therapy against bruxism, i.e. involuntary clenching and grinding of the teeth. Bruxism is a parafunction and is considered one of the main dental diseases; it is caused by stress, anxiety, nervous tension and hyperactivity. Bruxism can cause serious damage to the dental system, the most obvious being progressive tooth wear with possible fractures, compromising dental tissues, but above all those who suffer from it may experience serious problems such as:

• dental hypersensitivity to cold and heat;
• dizziness and headaches;
• chronic pain in the jaw joint;
• neck pain.

How to use

• Hold the "VDC System" adapter device tilted down and insert it into the Bite, starting from one of the two side holes. Once the first spring is inserted, firmly widen the arch so that the three springs enter the three frontal housings. Finish by inserting the last side spring.
• Before proceeding with customization, try inserting the Bite into your mouth to familiarize yourself with the following manoeuvres.
• Holding the "VDC System" device, fully immerse the Bite in boiling water for 6 seconds.
• Remove from the water and shake vigorously to remove residual water.
• Insert the Bite into your mouth, closing your teeth without clenching too hard. With lips tightly closed, firmly inhale air for a few seconds to help the Bite adhere to the tooth surfaces.
• After about one minute, remove the Bite from your mouth and rinse under cold running water for at least 2 minutes. At this point, remove the customization device and your Bite is ready to use.
