Thanks to a new production technology, Doppelherz system OMEGA-3 Gel-Tabs Strawberry-Citrus provide a high content of the fatty acids Omega-3 EPA and DHA, combined with vitamin D in the form of fruit-flavoured gel tablets. This dosage form is suitable for children, adolescents and adults, i.e. for the whole family.

Doppelherz system OMEGA-3 Gel-Tabs are soft chewable tablets and omega-3 fatty acids from purified deep-sea fish oil and vitamin D. Omega-3 fatty acids are vital and an important part of a healthy diet. However, the supply of these long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids is not optimal for everyone. This includes children and adolescents.

An insufficient intake of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA can be promoted, for example, by a diet poor in fish. Important representatives of omega-3 are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which cannot be produced by the body without precursors. But only a few foods contain these valuable fats. Good sources are cold-water oily fish such as mackerel, herring or sardines.

However, not everyone wants to eat fish several times a week. Vitamin D contributes to the normal maintenance of bones and normal muscle function. Usage:
