Vitamin D as a weekly supply – for the immune system, bones and muscles*

According to current research, vitamin D is a true all-rounder for health. Through regular exposure of the skin to sunlight, the body can produce vitamin D itself. However, at our latitudes this own production is often not sufficient.

Especially in the autumn and winter months, when the immune system is particularly stressed, the body often produces less vitamin D. The body's ability to produce vitamin D on its own may also decrease with advancing age. If there is little or no own production of vitamin D, an increased intake of vitamin D through food is needed. Nevertheless, many people take in too little of it with their food.

Doppelherz tablets contain 175 µg vitamin D3 per weekly portion (1 tablet), which corresponds to 7000 I.E. (International Units) of vitamin D3.
