Usage:

To remove eye makeup: hold a cotton pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then wipe gently without rubbing.

To cleanse skin and remove face makeup: gently wipe the skin with a cotton pad until makeup and impurities are removed. No rinsing required.

Use morning and evening.
