Broccoli is one of the healthiest vegetables because of the naturally occurring glucosinolate sulforaphane. Did you know that broccoli sprouts have about 50 times more sulforaphane potential than broccoli florets?

Ingredients: Broccoli seeds. [84% Germination, 0% Hard Seeds] [99.5% Clean Seeds, 0.5% Inert Matter]

Suggested use:

Soak 1/4 cup of seeds in room-temperature water overnight. Drain and place in a jar or another sprouting unit and follow the instructions for that unit. Store in a dark place for several days. Around day four, place in indirect sunlight to develop chlorophyll in the sprouts. Rinse and drain daily until sprouts are ready (about 3-5 days). Add 1/2 teaspoon of NOW Real Food ® citric acid powder per pint of rinse water to reduce mold formation. Enjoy broccoli seeds alone or as part of a salad.

Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
