Detailed Instructions for Use

Prepare by dissolving the granules in warm or cold water. It can also be added to regular drinks such as fruit juice or milk. For infants, it can be added to baby milk bottles. Thanks to its pleasant taste, it does not require adding sugar or other sweeteners. It can be taken 1 to 3 times a day. The dose is recommended according to age:

• Up to 2 months: 1 heaped tablespoon (about 2.5 g) in 50 ml of water.
• From 2 to 6 months: 1 heaped teaspoon (about 5 g) in 50 to 100 ml of water.
• Up to 1 year: 2 heaped teaspoons (about 10 g) in 100 ml of water.
• From 1 to 8 years: 1 or 2 heaped tablespoons (about 20 g) in a cup or glass of water (200 ml).
