Instructions:

• Attach the toothbrush head to its electric handle.
• Get to know the brush head and apply toothpaste.
• Gently move the brush head over each tooth using circular motions.
• Brush your teeth for two minutes, spending the right amount of time in each quadrant of the mouth.
• After brushing, rinse your mouth and the brush head.
• Store the brush head in a dry place, ideally in a ventilated holder to prevent bacteria growth.
