Apothecary Wild Rose is our iconic ingredient, long used in Korres' Apothecary Herbal, the source of inspiration for our very first cosmetic product. Our precious, pure Wild Rose is grown in the Balkan Botanical Garden of Kroussia in northern Greece. The garden hosts many rare and endemic plant species — it is truly a botanical museum. Dedicated to preserving and promoting the biodiversity paradise of our country, this is an initiative of the Institute of Plant Breeding and Genetic Resources of the Hellenic Agricultural Organization "DIMITRA". The garden's team was the first to cultivate Wild Rose sustainably, researching and approving optimal growing methods to achieve maximum quality and yield.
