Recommended dose and directions for use:

We recommend taking two spoonfuls a day, equal to 30 ml each, diluted in one litre of water and sipped throughout the day. Alternatively, dilute 30 ml in a large glass of water. It is advised to drink plenty of water while using the product to help the body eliminate excess fluids.

Contains caffeine (24 mg/daily dose).

This product should be used as part of a suitable low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If this diet is followed for extended periods, exceeding three weeks, it is advised to consult a doctor.

Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Do not take if you already consume other products containing green tea during the day. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in children under 18. This product should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
