The 73400 gas welding torch is powered by propane-butane gas in 190 g canisters (type EN417 200, widely available on the market).
Maximum operating temperature 1200°C
Power 1.7 kW
Average gas consumption 123 g/h
Purpose: a torch designed for soldering, heating, removing hardened varnish that overflows the shape, or bending pipes and plates, and also for lighting a grill and heating food.
The container is made of a composite material resistant to high temperatures. Flame size adjustment.
Installing the gas canister: close the gas valve by turning the regulator handle as far as it will go in the direction marked "-". Make sure the needle and the gasket around it are not damaged or worn. Tighten the retaining nut. Slide the gas canister into the torch holder and press until the canister's diaphragm is pierced. Once the diaphragm is pierced, gas will flow from the canister; from this point on, do not disassemble the canister until it is completely empty. Then secure the canister so it does not slip out of the holder by tightening the retaining nut.
