President of the Red Planet

The heroes of this novel, a brave group of Earth and Martian children, take on the mission of saving our Solar System from an attack by a cosmic mafia. They manage to defeat Evil through joint struggle. In this struggle they are led by the President of the Red Planet, who listens very carefully to the children and, learning from their fairy tales, sets all the laws of the planet.

Sometimes, to save the world, knowledge and technology are not enough; the children's world, imagination and their ability to believe in the impossible are needed, thus turning every beautiful fairy tale into reality.

"The work of Bedri Dedja is an invitation to remain a child at heart, created by someone who, precisely because of this, became a monument of children's literature."
