An Alien in the Family

The Olivieri family welcomes an extraordinary new friend: Moja, a child from the planet Deneb. Is it a girl or a boy? Between earthlings and Denebians there is a small difference: the gender of children is not revealed until they turn twenty. But this small difference causes great difficulties. Apparently, on Earth, being a boy or a girl determines every aspect of life, from early childhood.

In this novel, which will make you laugh and think, Bianca Pitzorno shows the contradictions and prejudices that accompany the upbringing of girls and boys, and how hard it is to choose what you will become while everyone tells you who you are.
