Albanian Legends and Ballads

This series, in addition to the book "Legends and Places of Albania", is complemented by another publication with legends about heroes and heroines and their wonderful virtues. However, while the first book intertwined the ancient history of some Albanian lands with the present-day appearance of these places, in this edition the legends of resurrection, keeping one's word and sacrifice recount historical events, customs and norms related to indigenous Albanian culture. This culture is conveyed through them, and just as a fortress is built stone by stone, so word by word the mosaic of our people's ancient history is completed. Accompanied by original illustrations, they bring out their fantastic essence.
