Key to Knowledge 5

For teachers

This book aims to help students recall and systematise the knowledge acquired in Albanian Language, Mathematics and Natural Science, and prepare for the end-of-year test.

Regardless of the alternative freedom students have used in some subjects, this book, compiled on the basis of the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth programme for these three core subjects, serves all students. It contains the knowledge students gained in the lower primary cycle.

The text does not duplicate the textbooks the students have used; it is a workbook that synthesises the core knowledge, practises it through exercises and tests it with numerous texts, both for individual chapters and for each subject studied over the five years as a whole.

The texts have been prepared taking into account the requirements of the end-of-year tests for grade five, but for individual subjects.

For students

This book, which you will add to your materials, will help you overcome hesitation before the exam at the end of grade five.

In this book, which we did not call 'The Key' without reason, you will find the key to answers and solutions for every question, exercise and problem in the three subjects you will be tested on: Albanian Language, Mathematics and Natural Science.

You will recall all the knowledge you have gained and use it in new situations.

The authors of this book, experienced teachers, have worked so that you consolidate the knowledge you will need to move naturally into grade six.

We wish you good work and much success!
