The poetic and dramatic monologue "The Apocalypse of Cassandra", with the secondary subtitle "Herald News", presented to the Albanian reader, reinterprets the well-known myth of Cassandra, daughter of Priam and Hecuba, who was renowned in antiquity for her prophetic gifts. Dimitriadis' Cassandra is an anti-Cassandra, a woman wholly given over to seduction and love with Apollo, who affirms and reaffirms Nietzsche's famous saying: "The body has more rights than the greatest wisdom".
Dimitriadis' Cassandra is a retrospective account of the sexual sensations she experienced after her union with Apollo, and of the transformation of her former no into a yes.
