Switch Paper Mario The Origami King

The Mushroom Kingdom has been overrun by a sinister origami person! Join Mario and his new partner Olivia as they battle paper villains, repair the damaged nature, and try to free Princess Peach's castle from the clutches of King Olly in this comedic adventure, only on Nintendo Switch™. Mario and Luigi receive an invitation from Princess Peach to attend the Origami Festival, and they rush to Toad Town… but something is wrong. After investigating the beautiful, deserted town, the duo finds Princess Peach in a terrifying state (folded) — she has been turned into origami by King Olly, ruler of the Origami Kingdom! With five giant dragons under his control, King Olly wraps Princess Peach's castle and transports it to a distant mountain as part of his plan to remake the world. On his journey to free Princess Peach's castle and restore the ruined paper landscape, Mario meets Olivia, King Olly's sister, and the two join forces to stop Olly's plan. Bowser also falls victim to Olly's plan when his minions turn into origami soldiers and betray their king Koopa, forcing him to cooperate with Mario and Olivia! Fight origami soldiers in ring battles where you must devise strategies to attack powerfully! Outside of battles, Mario can use the 1000-Fold Arms ability in specific places to interact with the environment, pull, strike and more! Join Mario, Olivia and their friends on a journey full of laughter, emotion and thrills.
